We use your information to provide dental treatment, contact you about appointments, maintain clinical records in line with GDC and NHS requirements, process payments and comply with legal obligations.

How we protect it

All patient data is held in encrypted clinical systems. Access is restricted to authorised staff only. Paper records are stored in locked cabinets on-site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your records, request corrections, lodge a complaint with the ICO, and, in some circumstances, ask us to erase data.
