2. Account responsibilities

Keep your password secret. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Don't share your login or resell access.

3. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on individual courses. Bundles and subscriptions follow the terms stated at checkout.

4. Intellectual property

All course content remains the property of the instructor and/or BrightPath Academy. You may not record, redistribute or train models on our content without permission.

5. Acceptable use

No harassment, no automated scraping, no posting illegal content in our forums. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Changes

We may update courses over time. Material changes to these terms will be notified by email.
