Booking & payment

A 30% deposit is payable on booking, with the balance due 28 days before arrival. Bookings made within 28 days require full payment.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in (full refund). 7–14 days: 50% refund. Within 7 days: non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance.

Check-in & out

Check-in from 4:00pm, check-out by 10:00am. Late check-out may incur an additional night’s charge.

Property care

Guests are expected to leave the cottage in a reasonable state. Damages may be charged to the lead guest. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Pets

Pets are welcome at designated cottages with prior agreement. Pets must not be left alone, must not sleep on beds, and owners are responsible for any damage.

Liability

Moors Edge Cottage is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal items during your stay. Please take reasonable precautions.
