After training at The Ritz London and spending five years at Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe and India, Chef Anika returned to her hometown of York to create something uniquely personal. Saffron is her love letter to the city — a place where fine dining meets warmth and generosity, and where every dish tells a story of the cultures that shaped her cooking.
